Our Mission Statement:

Our office is charged with the timely, efficient and appropriate administration of Chapter 13 cases assigned to us by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Alabama, Western Division, under the supervision of the United States Bankruptcy Administrator for the Northern District of Alabama. Among our duties include: assisting debtors in the successful completion of Chapter 13 plans, providing accurate and timely information to debtors, creditors, attorneys and the judiciary, and provide timely repayment of claims in conformance with the requirements of the Bankruptcy Code and Rules, and confirmed Chapter 13 Plans. 

Payments:

We do not accept personal checks. Payments can be made by cashier’s check or money order or by cash when paying in person at our office. Please remember to put your case number on your cashier’s check or money order before mailing your payment to insure you are given proper credit for the payment to your case. We now accept online payments through CourtCompass. Please have your case number ready when paying.
